Project Call for ADEP 2025
Dear Researchers,
Under the “Research Universities Support Program Cooperation Protocol” signed between the Council of Higher Education and the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, annual budgets are allocated to research universities based on their performance scores. These budgets are utilized to finance scientific research projects in accordance with the provisions of the Research Universities Support Program Principles and Guidelines.
For project proposals for the year 2025, particular attention is expected to be given to the following criteria:
• Consortium or Platform-Based Teams: Project teams should be formed with a consortium or platform approach, emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration and co-creation (involving researchers from at least two different departments).
• Social Sciences Contribution: Priority will be given to projects that incorporate contributions from social sciences unless they are submitted specifically in the “social sciences” priority area.
• Inclusion of Undergraduate Students: Projects are encouraged to establish structures that actively involve undergraduate students in research (e.g., inclusion of student communities or project groups).
• Internationalization: The potential of projects to evolve into international collaborations will be considered significant.
• High-Quality Publication Potential: Priority will be given to projects with the potential to produce high-quality publications.
Supported projects must align with one of the priority sectors and related areas as outlined in the tables matched to our university by the Council of Higher Education.
As part of the 2025 ADEP preparations, the ADEP Researcher Information Guide is provided as an attachment. Project proposals must be uploaded to BAPSIS by December 27, 2024.
Best regards,
BAP Coordination Unit
